VHT Series Ultrahigh Temperature Infrared Gold Image Furnace

Development of new materials, such as fine ceramics, composite materials, and others, requires thermal evaluation tests in a high temperature region. The VHT series furnace was developed as a heating system that can easily attain an ultrahigh temperature within a short time. It is best suited to thermal shock experiment of materials in a wide range, heat cycle experiment, tensile/bending test and sintering (furnace). A large variety of models is available and can be upgraded according to the sample

Application

General experiment, test, measurement, analysis, fusion, sintering, pyrolysis, ultrahigh temperature thermal analysis, high temperature thermomechanical test, thermal shock test, fusion, heat treatment, partial fusion, wafer zone melting, thermal shock test, and heat treatment.

Features

  1. The sample can be heated to an ultrahigh temperature region by simple operation within a short time.
  2. The sample can be heated in inert gas atmosphere by using a quartz chamber in conjunction.
  3. Extremely high cost/performance enabled by small heat capacity and small size.
  4. High precision temperature control enabled by direct control of sample.

The VHT series requires a compressor for air-cooling of lamp, in addition to cooling water.
