This program temperature controller can be used for the low speed heating furnace, not to mention the infrared gold image furnace that requires high response in high speed heating. It incorporates high functions and high performance in a compact unit and yet is available at low cost, including a large variety of accessories.
Features
- High speed heating and high accuracy control. Multi-channel PID control is standard for the radiation heating furnace.
- Thermocouples include JIS K, S, B, R, E, J, T and W-Re and are compatible with platinum resistors and any voltage input (0 to 10 mV).
- Program with maximum 99 patterns and 99 steps can be composed (maximum 400 steps).
- Also compatible with communicating functions (RS-422, RS-485) in addition to RS-232C (standard).
- Maximum 8 I/O ports can cope with a variety of functions, such as valve open/close and others, as well as temperature control.
- Incorporating 30A, 60A and 120V SCR circuits in one unit, this controller is compatible with a wide range of furnaces.
- Small size of 250mm wide by 290mm deep by 139mm high (excluding protrusions)
