Energy and the Environment
We offer plasma CVD systems, sputtering systems, vacuum melting furnaces, vacuum heat treating furnaces, vacuum sintering furnaces and vacuum precision casting furnaces.
Our products are applied in the manufacturing of clean energy products such as amorphous silicon for solar batteries, metal hydrides used for the anodes of secondary batteries in electric vehicles, energy-conserving antireflective coatings, as well as the ion plating technique used to prevent environmental pollution from waste-water discharge.
Pharmaceutical, Food and Chemical Products
We offer equipment for freezing/vacuum-drying, vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation, vacuum cooling as well as leak detection systems.
Our Compact vacuum freeze drying systems are employed in the freeze-drying process used in the production of instant foods and diagnostic products and our vacuum defoaming systems are used in chocolate production to create pockets of air that result in light and bubbly chocolate bars. Our vacuum drying systems and centrifugal thin-film evaporators are used in the production of raw materials for pharmaceutical products as well.
Transportation
We supply vacuum brazing furnaces, ion plating and sputtering equipment. Our vacuum precision casting furnaces and vacuum heat treating furnaces are used in the production of aircraft engine parts and our vacuum brazing furnaces are used in the production of automobile radiators and oil coolers.
Materials
We supply vacuum melting furnaces, vacuum heat treating furnaces, vacuum precision casting furnaces, vacuum evaporation roll coaters and sputtering systems. The vacuum melting furnaces and vacuum heat treating furnaces are used in the production of metal hydrates that become the anodes of nickel metal hybride batteries, the vacuum melting furnacesand vacuum sintering furnaces are used in the production of rare-earth magnets and the vacuum evaporation roll coaters are used for the production of food packaging film, gold and silver thread and film condensers. The vacuum evaporation roll coaters are also used in leading-edge areas such as transparent conducting film and AR film for display applications used in the manufacture of PDAs and LCDs.
