(a-Si) and micro-crystalline tandem junction thin-film solar cells (panel size: 1.100mm x 1.400mm). The turnkey line allows our customers to produce solar panels right after installing the equipment, shortening the time to bring the product to the market and the time to ramp up factory output. ULVAC has a complete turnkey demonstration line installed at its headquarter to help our customer to continuously improve the process and production efficiency.
